Suggest Treatment For Foul Vaginal Smell After Mirena Insertion

Hi I had the Mirena fitted nov 2011 after I had a termination and since then I am suffering with a strong odour which I can smell alday everyday, it doesnt have a fishy smell and even my boyfriend has noticed the change in smell during and after sex? please could advise me x
