Suggest Treatment For Fungus Between Legs Which Is Spreading

I have a fungus between my legs and it is spreading to the groin. Dr prescribed Ketazol cream. Still no relieve. I am 42 jr, weight 109kg, 1.8m.

Went for colonoscopy last Wednesday. Results was negative. This has been carring on for about 2 months. Please help.
