Hi I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and on anti coagulants. I have a very bad headache which makes me just want to sleep very tired and I am also very light headed wheter or not I am sat down or stood up. I am eating regularly and drinking plenty of water what do you suggest I do? I have had regular paracetamol but it isn't working ( I am allergic to codeine and can't have ibuprofen due to a stomach ulcer)
