Suggest Treatment For Headcahe

I get bad headaches after long days in the sun. I also have stress related headaches. I wear glasses and I was thinking, could this be migraine or do the glasses make the sunlight worse . My mother and older sister both have migraine. The pain is almost always at the forehead but the stress related headache sometimes hurt at the back of the head. I have a serious case of muscle inflammation. I'm 20 year old woman, I teach kindergarten so my job can be quite stressful.
