Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Cycle

i get very heay periods and was considering having a hysterectomy. I had a blood test done on friday and my arm was very bruised. i shearched it on google and found out that it can be caused by low levels of vitamin k. I then done a search on heavy periods and vitamin k and they are linked. I then realised the the ibufen tablets that i take for period pains and migraine ( which i get very offen and very bad) contain coalugaltion drugs that block the vitamin k. Could tis be my reason for the periods and i would not need a hysterectomy?
