Suggest Treatment For High Albumin Count In Urine
Sir my father had a urine test and it showed that albumin is +ve, he lost nearly 10kgs of weight in last 4months and he has B.P and he frequently says that he is unable to sleep during nights , apart from that he is absolutely fine. Takes a good diet. What will be the major reason for this case? Will tension a cause for increase of albumin content in urine?

In your urine report albumin positive ....
When glomerular permeability due to any cause if increased like nephropathy it will lead to increased excretion of protein in urine ....
Stress can lead proteinuria but it is transient .
Here nephropathy like cause has to be ruled out (as positive hypertension history )....
First of all perform USG and IVP like investigation to rule out renal cause ....
Than if needed kidney biopsy done to rule out exact cause of albuminuria....
According to cause further treatment guided ..
Above investigation also helpful in rule out TB infection of kidney ....
