Suggest Treatment For High Bilirubin Level Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes

My son has high bilirubin levels, swollen lymph glands in his neck only and what the local doctor said was tonsilitus. The glands have been there for 6 months, he has had an ultra sound, but because there were so many they did not know which one to biopsy. My son has no pain from the tonsillitis just a husky voice. Could this be celiac desease?

yes.there is possibility of celiac disease and lymphadenopathy, but because sometimes there is relation between multiple lymph nodes and lymphoma,we always recommend complete investigation.
usually biopsy is the cardinal method for diagnosis and doctor should decide to make biopsy from one of the glands and should not postpone it because he cant decide which one should be biopsied!!
moreover consulting an oncologist and complete blood investigation and blood film is a must
