Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was wondering what I can eat because there is n't much that we can choose if we have hyperacidity as in my case. It's inside the stomach I feel like something moving up and down and side ways, most of the time after dinner as I lie down. I have had Endoscopy 4 times and am on Pantoprazol. For a while it helped. I would feel like going to the bathroom, but it's only gas coming out most of the time. I am very careful not to be on empty stomach anytime. If I stop taking Pantoprazole for a while , then it would make me going to the bathroom after every meal.
You can take tablet pantoprazole. Drink a lot of fluids, take light diet with high fiber content. The treatment depends upon the underlying condition, and kindly do the follow-up with detailed history or consult with the physician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
