Suggest Treatment For Hypotension

I am having trouble standing on my feet for long periods of time. I also am becoming very winded when I walk like on a track. I am probably about 125 pounds overweight, but am currently following the DASH diet and have been successful thus far. Do you think that I need a stress test? I am 48 almost 49. I am on high blood pressure medicine. What do you think?
