hi doctor Good afternoon Iam Rene Iam having a problem of severe gas formation in my stomach and after the burping of around 10 minutes i feel weak and my blood pressure and heart beat starts increasing. right now i am also taking medicines 1. lozartan pottasium 50mg - i am taking seince february 26 for bp around 155/88 2. aspirin(before) 3. neximum 40 mg started one week same as omiperzole 4. charcoal (now on hold) *****But after taking the bp medicine i am noticing the changes inmy body that it is reducing pressure at the same time the gas formation is becoming worse and my bp goes up KINDLY SUGGEST ME GOOD MEASURES THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU RENE

Noted the history of taking Losartan, Aspirin, Nexium and charcoal and have severe gas problem, feels weak 10 minutes after burping and the blood pressure and heart rate starts increasing, not happy with medication ...
All the history you have given looks to be due to anxiety and/or stress as a basic cause.
I would advise you the following:
Since you are already under medication, you need to take a second opinion of another Doctor/ Specialist to make sure that the medications are changed to the ones that suit you hte best. Close observations will help a lot.
Keep the regular blood pressure and pulse rate records so that it helps you treating Doctor the future course and dosages.
Also needed is to take medications for stress and anxiety.
