my husband was in a seriou burn accident, he recieved a split thickness skin graft at a local hospital, It failed and became grossly infected he had to be transferred to a truama center to under go another skin graft, I would like to know if the 1st skin graft should have been preformed at a local hospital instead of him being transferred immediatly to the truama center, he had to go thur this severe pain twice
