My relative has been diagnosed with Inguinal hernia on one side of the groin.What is the approx total cost of Hernia repair surgery at Yashoda Hospital ,secunderabad ?Does laparoscopy procedure cost more?Who are the Dr who conduct the operation?

I understand that a relative has an inguinal hernia and needs repair. There are two methods of repair an external repair which a doctor will make an incision in the inguinal area and sew up the hernia. This is a more direct approach but takes longer to heal. The other approach from the back using laparoscopic procedure. The repair is easier and the recuperation is quicker. The overall cost is determined by the surgeon and by the hospital. To discover the cost you can call the hospital and get estimates on the procedure.
