Suggest Treatment For Insomnia When Sublinox Is Ineffective
I was prescribed Sublinox 10 mg for sleep last June. When it was not effective the doctor increased the dosage to 20mg. for the past several weeks it seems completely ineffective. My sleep seems like a light doze. I never awake feeling rested. I am now at the point off exhaustion

you are not getting sleep with 20mg ofsublinox which means you got tolerance with this dose. That means either you need higher dose or you need some other drugs. Better if u shift to other drug which has less dependence or abuse potential like tab ramelteon. start with 8mg and gradually increased upto 24mg if needed
