What Is The Remedy For Insomnia When On Rozerem?

I'm 46 years old and I have had insomnia ever since I was little. I am on 8mg of Rozerem 1x at night and it does not help! would it hurt me if I took 2 at night and I am on other meds as Inderal120mg 2x daily, levrothyroxin 125mcg 1x daily, alprazolam 2mg 2x daily.

Rozerem adult dosage is 8mg per day. It should not exceed 8mg per day. However you can be on clonazepam instead of alprazolam as it is longer acting
