Doctor, I am 32 years old, female, weigh 131 lbs and have a heart mumor. I get irregular heart palpitations from time to time and I worry. How can I stop them when i get them?
I exercise at a gym at least 3x a week. Today after the exercise, I got the palpitations and felt faint.

Hi
murmer in your heart can be because of a valvular malfunction or defect
a 2 d echo should be done to find out which valve is invoved and to see whether it is a stenotic lesion or regurgitant lesion, there are four types of valves in heart ,a 2d echo will show which valve is involved and what is the nature of lesion and its degree whether mild moderate or severe
stop doing any exercises till your echo is done ,palpitations are because of that lesion only ,once we find the defective valve we cn treat it and palpitations will settle down by themself
thanks
advice
urgent 2D echo
