sir i am suffering rt knee pain last 8 months at the time of staire climbing or down time more much to walking on the road now i take MRI report and consult to ADr he told me to operate by laser. is it right process or any other process is good than it

Hi,

Probably you have some meniscal injury causing the problem. Do get treatment as advised by your doctor and start painkillers and Isometric Quadriceps exercises.
