Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Sleep

I have been awake since Thursday morning (3 days), occasionally topping it up with drugs (speed), stupidly, to help me with my daily tasks. I need to sleep. But I can't get to sleep. I know that I am on the verge of entering psychosis. Any suggestions of how to get to sleep asap?
