Suggest Treatment For Lifting Foot Upwards While Having Ruptured Disc
foot movement I was resently diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis, with a ruptured disc. now today all of a suddon I can not lift my foot upwards. I have to concentrate very much to even raise it 1/2 an inch. What should be done? The v.a. requests an mri for my lower back. I am only 38yrs. old.
This seems to be a case of disc herniation with acute disc prolase affecting the lower lumbar segments as there is severe neurological deficit treatment aims at nerve roots decompression[surgical].
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Rohan Shanker Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
