Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Small stains of blood visible without excessive crying is likely to be dysentry.
If its associated with excessive crying, possibility of Intussusception needs to be considered and ruled out by getting Ultrasound abdomen in consultation with Pediatrician.
