Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Is she on breast feeds or formula feeds? Some babies develop intolerance to cow milk protein if put on formula feeds. In such cases, changing to soy based formula might help. Also, we can do a stool routine test done as an initial workup. In such cases, I also used to give a course of probiotics which sometimes settles the issue. Kindly discuss with your pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
