Suggest Treatment For Lung Cancer

heelo sir....my younger brother is a lounge cancer patient....in bangladesh we are not get the proper treatment....we are interseted to admit him in cennai(madras) for higher treatment....in a ct scane and x ray report got asking tumer.....so now what can we do

Hi
Your younger brother needs to dp PET CT scan to see first which stage of lung cancer is he suffering from.
Then he needs to do biopsy from the space occupying lesion in lung to find the subtype of lung cancer.
I would also suggest u do EGFR and ALK mutation test from biopsy sample.
If it is stage 4 then palliative chemotherapy is the only option.
