Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the common causes of miscarriage:
Idiopathic (40-50% case), antiphospholipid antibody syndrome,
Autoimmune disorder like SLE, dermatomyositis,Blood disorder
TORCH infection, chromosomal anomalies, leutal phase defect, hormonal imbalance, Thyroid disorder, Diabetes melitus
So first consult the doctor and get proper investigations like:
USG, endometrial biopsy, full hormone profile, screening for infections,
ELISA , serology, ANA/dsDNA antibody, APLA screening, ICT PT and APTT.
After diagnosis take proper treatment
Generally Hormone like progesterone, HCG and aspirin and calexane should be provided to prevent misscarriage
Hope this may help you
