NASAL BLOCKADE WITH HEAD ACHE NORMALLY SUGGEST SINUSITIS BUT YOU ARE SAYING THAT THE CT IS TOTALLY NORMAL.THEN THERE CAN BE TWO ITIOLOGY 1ST OF NOSE IE SOME SORT OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND 2ND MIGRAINE.
SO CONSULT A PHYSICIAN AND SEEK PROPER HELP.
