Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Heartburn And Yellow-colored Stools

Am facing the yellow oil in stool problem from more than one month :( am so worried about it, am a bit fat and 3 months ago i have started to take weight loss pills. these days am feeling drowsy, sudden nausea, burning feeling in stomach. My diets are so normal, suggest me what to do immediately..

Get Liver functions and Ultrasound abdomen for hepatobiliary and Pancreas also blood sugar. If normal can take antacids.
