about 8 years ago i had an MRI scan which resulted in a diagnoses of narrowing of c5 and c6 vertabrae. i was told an op was needed. 1 week before the op was due the pain stopped and the dr said not to bother as there are risks involved.8 years on the pain has returned in my neck and down my right arm.Paracetamols take the edge off the pain but what should i do for the best outcome?
