Nothing to worry, this might be due to change of posture and and pressure on vertebral column due to full term pregnancy.
Take rest.
Have light exercise like slow walking and routine house hold work.
Do light abdominal and deep breathing exercises.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
