Suggest Treatment For Oily Skin And Removing Acne Marks

there are dark acne spots on my skin,,,,,,,i m a 22 years boy from bangladesh........how i can remove this type of dark acne spots from my skin.........my nose is oily..type........n other face areas.......are also oily.....n some times they kept dry........after acne gone,,they remains in my skin as a black spot.....pls help me..........my confidence level is going to zero........i m bright in colour......

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to Acne..
You can wash your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash..
If the Acne are still present you can apply a combination of Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin gels over face..
Apply Adapelene gel at night but just a thin layer over pimples..
Do cool compresses..
If there are only dark spots apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
You can also go for chemical peel and photo facial..
