Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Neck And Arm Due To Minor Disc Bulge

I am having neck shoulder and left arm pain. It has been getting worse over the past 6 to 12 months. I have been to the chiropractor, then to neuroligist, he sent me to pt for 6 weeks and the last 2 weeks of it the pain started down my arm. I also had a Mri wich showed a minor disk buldge between c6 and c7. The MRI was done the end of january before my arm pain and numbness started. The doctor doesn't think that the MRI looks bad enough to operate. I and getting very frustrated and want it fixed it is causing me great discomfort and effecting my daily activities. what do you suggest?
