Suggest Treatment For Pain In Buttocks And Leg

I have had an MRI of my back and have an L5 disc bulge that is causing alot of nerve pain in my buttocks and leg. I coach basketball, and it even hurts when I shoot or blow the whistle too hard. I've had a steroid shot and it didn't help much. What other options do I have?
