Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having pinched nerve pressure pain producing Sciatica.
There might be having some degenerative changes in your lumbo sacral spines giving this trouble.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and lumbar traction will be much helpful.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Avoid weight lifting.
Ok and take care.
