Hi, Looking to the history it seems that you might be having pinched nerve pressure pain producing Sciatica. There might be having some degenerative changes in your lumbo sacral spines giving this trouble. Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines. Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined. Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and lumbar traction will be much helpful. Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements. Avoid weight lifting. Ok and take care.
Hi, from history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower spines giving sciatica pain. Go for x-ray of lumbo-sacral region to know of having spondilitis. Go for short way diathermy, physiotherapy like back extension exercises and if require go for lumbar traction. Take NSAID medicines for pain. Take B1, B6, B12 shots or capsules.
