Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Upper Middle Part Of Spine

Hi I am a 39 year old male, 6'0", 250lbs. I am en ex-smoker of 15 years (quit over 4 years ago). I am 6yrs post surgical for a Chondrosarchoma in my right scapula which resulted in a partial resection of the surrounding bone and muscle tissue. I still have full use of my arm and shoulder (great surgeons). For about the past six weeks I have been suffering from a sharp pain in the upper middle part of my spine, both shoulders and my neck I have also been bothering me and I am coughing up a lot of yellow plegm. I am quite used to shoulder pain from the surgery and this feels unrelated. I thought I might have a muscle pull or strain so I waited it out to see if it would improve and it has not. Not sure what the best route to persue now.
