Suggest Treatment For Pain, Swelling And Tightening Of Mouth

I have had pain and swelling for 9+ days. The x-ray didn t show an infection in the tooth but that is how they are treating me. The meds are not helping but I find that putting water in my mouth relieves some of the pain. It feels like my mouth tightens and releases similiar to a contraction. I am at my wits end with the pain and lack of sleep.

You can start muscular relaxant along with analgesic, this combination will give you relief from your symptoms.
I case it does not, then we have to go in for more comprehensive checkup.
