Suggest Treatment For Painful Intercourse With Swollen Vagina

Hi, 2 days ago, I had intercourse with my boyfriend, which was a day before i was suppose to start my period. I felt a little crampy. During sex i felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic region. and we had to stop. i fell on the floor into fetal position not being able to sit or lay down from this excruciating pain and feeling like i needed to vomit. i took ibuprofen and within an hour i felt ok again.. but my whole abdomen was swollen and felt tender.and I had this massive pressure on my rectum as if i needed to release gas or go to bathroom, but it wasnt the case. i just had crazy pressure. i looked online and an ovarian cysts seems to be matching my symptoms? and if it ruptured does that mean I'm ok now..like its gone now? I'm a little swollen now....I have been using the bathroom completely fine and comfortably and i started my period today....Thank you very much!
