Dear Doctor, my friend (she is about 60 years old)is suffering from cervical spondilysis since 8 years & now she is suffered from paralysis of vocal cord & left upper limb since 1 years. So is there any treatment for her? Is there any chance of her recovery. Her X-ray of chest also shows Atheromatous aorta & MRI scan reports of Cervical Spondylosis, Mild posterior protusion of C5/6 & C6/7 intervertebral discs with impingement of thecal sac.
