Dermatologist Dr. Ilyas Patel's  Response
Hi,

You seem to have pityriasis alba most probably. It is considered to be superficial eczema. Yo may be having atopic diathesis. That is why your skin is dry and you have tendency to develop skin allergies and pityriasis alba. It is a benign condition and may be cleared with mild treatment. Kindly avoid sun exposure and soap bath. Keep the skin moist with moisturiser. You consult dermatologist for the firm diagnosis and perfect treatment.

I would suggest....

- mild steroid or tacrolimus ointment application on the patches
- antihistaminics
- short course of antibiotic
- oral steroid in tappering dose

I hope this would help..

Thanks.
