I am 23 and have had back pain for 5 yrs since my car wreck. I compressed 5 vertabrae in my back they are T4, T5, T6, T7, and T9. I have had xrays taken since then and the drs say that the compressions healed fine. But I am tired of back pain what would be the best solution??? I have tried Ibuprofen, stretching, heat, and ice, chiropractor. Any suggestions???
