Hello,

You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis which may cause vigorous contractions of intestine and may give pain. Other possibilities are food Intolerance, malabsorption syndrome or Irritable bowel syndrome or left costochondritis or left renal stone or left ureteric calculi et cetera.

Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
