Suggest Treatment For Protruding Chest Bone

Hi, my son has a protruding chest bone that just appeared a few months ago, and this morning he seems to have another bone pushing out above that one, the first one is in the centre of his chest on the right, and the other one is also on the right, but about 5cm above the first one. i have done some research and he seems to have pectus carinatum. is it true that this can be repaired with a braise and excersise, he is 14 years old. thx
