Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bumps On Mons Pubis

I have bumps on my mons pubis that are deep under the skin, but when they are popped, discharge blood and puss or blood and clear liquid. I have had these bumps for many years but they have gotten worse within the last year. They range from pin size to almost dime sized in diameter but feel like huge puss pockets under my skin that are the size of grapes or bigger. What are they and how can I get rid of them?
