Suggest Treatment For Recurring UTI

I have had about a dozen uti's this year. Now i recently got one while taking the antibiotic bactrim. I have been on bactrim for a week and a half and the uti still came again. I have lower back pain and have been very warm all day, possibly running a mild fever. What should I do?
