Suggest Treatment For Recurring Acne On Face

Hi Sir,
I am a 26 years old Indian Male. I have had acne since the age of 17, mostly painful and with pus. Now, I have tried everything. I eat right, drink a lot of water and exercise too. I have tried homeopathy and laser too, but all in vain. I clear out at times, but this problem keeps reoccurring. Kindly Help. Much Obliged.
