Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Recurrent first trimester miscarriages are due to various reasons like: 1. Chromosomal anomalies 2. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome 3. Hypothyroidism 4. Deranged blood sugar levels 5. Autoimmune diseases I will suggest both of you to get properly investigated for the cause and then get appropriate treatment before planning pregnancy. She should also take folic acid tablet daily as taking it in preconceptional period reduces the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus. Hope you found the answer helpful.
