Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Back Pain While Breathing Or Coughing

The right side of my back hurts all the time but is more painful when I breath or move around when I cough it hurts more. When I put pressure on it to cough or move it doesn't hurt as much as it would if I didn't the pain never goes away but is bearable if I don't move. I can not lay on my left side because the pain in my right side is unbearable but I find some relief laying on my right side even though the pain is there am getting worried had it now for three days today.

A non radicular pain in back increasing with straining is usually musculoskeletal in origin. Since it is for only three days now, take some analgesics and muscle relaxants round the clock for five days like combination of diclofenac and thiocholchiside twice daily along with hot water formentation. If the pain is worsening after medications or not improving you will need through history and examination to see other possible causes. you should visit a pain physician or orthopedecian some the same.
