Hi,

Acne vulgaris is a chronic relapsing skin disease precipitated or exacerbated by multiple factors. You consult dermatologist and have perfect treatment.

He might prescribe antibiotic like azithromycine or minocycline in proper doses along with isotretinoin in low dose for long duration. And he might recommend either clindamycine or benzoyl peroxide gel to apply on the acne lesions. Cleansing the face with antiseptic like cetaphil liq may be preferred.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
