Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis With Bulged Disc
Hello my name is Steve I have chronic pain have severe arthritis from C3-C7 and a bulging disk at L3 I m in terrible pain and the VA has changed their medication protocol. I need oxycodone 15 mg 1-2 tabs po 4 times a day. I also take gabapentin 900 mg 3 times a day, valium 10mg 3 times a day, and I just started amatripiline 1 at night for 7 days then 2 every night

Thank you for the question.I believe you have had help from a physiotherapist also, if not,then go for one.Use cervical collar, do active/ passive neck exercises, back strengthening exercises under supervision of a physical therapist.consult a spine surgeon to assess whether cervical fusion of vertebrae is now indicated which shall be beneficial instead of having to rely on so many medications
