Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain With Bulged Disc
im a 56 yr old lady suffering from severe low back pain ,my mri report reads as follows-
mild posterior bulge is seen at l3 4and l4 5 levels
l5 s1 disc shows moderate posterio central protrusion
causing indentation of thiacal sac and mild bilateral
neural forminal narrowing
spondylitic changes in lumbar spine as described above.
could u explain what is the next line of treatment
