Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

I am 66 years old and generally in good health. I recently had severe back paion and was taking a lot of Advil, and anti-inflammants, and also I began taking Elaquist as a blood thinner about two weeks ago. For the past few weeks, I ve had a persistent feeling of fullness near my solar plexus which is really limiting my appetite. No pain just annoying . I t like something is stuck near my solar plexus. Thanks
