I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would recommend you to apply Minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily and take hair supplements like tablet hairless or tablet Follihair once daily.
This needs to be continued for 3-4 months to see significant results.
First there will be stoppage of hair fall followed by regrowth of hair.
