Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain

Hi Doctor, for the last few days I had been experiencing this terrible heap pain on my left side, to a point that I could not sleep because of the pain a couple days ago, as for now the pain seems to come down and interestingly it feels like pain is traveling slow down the upper leg, just as a note I'm a very healthty person, always carefull what I eat and exercise regularly, I run from 12 to 16 miles a week-THANK YOU-
