I have gone through your query and can understand..
As per your complain it seems that there is excessive oil /sebum production from oil glands/sebaceous glands.. The excessive production is leading to eruption of acne as well as there is also secondary bacterial infection leading to the problem.. You should wash your face with salicylic acid containing facewash.. Apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel combination over the pimples.. Do cool compresses.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub and also take multivitamin supplements.. Avid oily food and limit sun exposure.. Drink plenty of water and maintain a good hygiene on face by keeping it clean as well as dry.. In case of no improvement in one month consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you antibiotics and retinoids like Sotret to be taken orally s well as topical application of adapelene gel and also chair side treatments like microdermabrasion can be advised..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
